3. Products and Fulfillment (Print on Demand)

Our products are made-to-order and fulfilled by third-party partners (such as Printful).

Accuracy: We strive to display product colors and images as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will be 100% accurate.
Modifications: We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services we offer or to discontinue any product at any time without notice.

4. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates provided by our fulfillment partners and are not guaranteed. Vantage Fire is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vantage Fire and its owners shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States.
